At Feversave we want all our clients to be delighted with their orders. So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make the return and choose, in return, another item. All without prejudice to the provisions of the "Conditions of sale" of our website.
Conditions of the returns

* IMPORTANT NOTE: Add a comment in the purchase process with the time slot where you want the carrier to pick up your package.
- The return must be managed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.
Our team will contact you within 24 hours with the relevant information so that we can collect your parcel.
- Items must be returned under the same conditions as those under which they were shipped. This means: Unused, unwashed, with all labels and original packaging.
- No changes or refunds of accessories, toiletries, bodies and underwear for hygiene reasons.
- The return package must include in its interior a sheet stating: Full name of the person who placed the order and reference of the order.
- Once our team verifies that all steps have been followed correctly, a coupon for the value of the items will be sent to the email address with which the order was placed. This coupon has an expiration date of one year and you can use it in one or more purchases until you spend the amount you have. This process can take 24/72h.
* NOTE: No cash refunds.
* IMPORTANT NOTE: For changes or international returns, request by email to email@example.com, indicating the reference of your order.
* RETURNS WITH CUSTOMS COSTS: If you incur customs duty costs, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
NOTE: Our team will check if the return has met all these conditions that are detailed before issuing a coupon. Feversave reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. In such case, you will be notified via email that your order is not returned and the package will be returned to the sender, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs.
How to return a defective product
We’re sorry if you got a defective factory product. Our team carefully reviews each item before it is sent, so it is not usual, but if this happens, we will be happy to replace the item with another that is in perfect condition.
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the photos that prove the defect of the article, the invoice or ticket of purchase (it is valid the email of purchase), the full name of the person who made the purchase and the reference of the order.
- There will be a pick up with the carrier at your home .
- Our team will review the goods and issue, if the conditions have been met, a replacement of the goods within a period not exceeding 15 working days.
- Returns for defective articles will only be made in exchange for the same product in perfect conditions (with the same conditions of colour and size). No change in such returns will ever be admitted.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Returns for defective articles will only be accepted when the product retains its labelling. Otherwise, the article is deemed to have been used and the defect was due to the improper use of the article.
** The customer who manages a return for defective product assumes its responsibility, as well as all the legal consequences that may result from a misconduct constituting fraud. To inform us that an article is defective, you have 3 calendar days from receipt and the way should always be to write an email to: email@example.com
