8. GUARANTEES
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the products sold have a legal guarantee of three (3) years from delivery.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that any lack of conformity manifested during the two (2) years following delivery already existed at the time of delivery.
9. GIVEAWAYS
Promotional actions and giveaways carried out by FEVERSAVE will primarily be conducted through social media.
Specific conditions will be indicated in each post. Unless expressly stated otherwise, giveaways do not include shipping costs.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Users who are consumers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from their purchase, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The period will begin from the receipt of the product.

In the event of withdrawal:
- The amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days
- The refund may be withheld until the product is received or proof of return is provided
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer
Exceptions:
- Personalized products
- Products unsealed for hygiene reasons
- Perishable products
- Digital content
11. TERMS OF PURCHASE
Prices include applicable taxes.
Orders are subject to availability. In case of lack of stock, a refund will be processed.
Placing an order implies acceptance of the payment obligation.
The customer will receive confirmation by email.
12. SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistical incidents.
The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping details.
In case of undelivered orders due to reasons attributable to the customer, FEVERSAVE may pass on the derived costs.
FEVERSAVE is not responsible for delays due to external causes (transport, customs, etc.).

14. FRAUDULENT USE
FEVERSAVE reserves the right to cancel orders or block users in case of detected fraud, abuse of the right of withdrawal, or misuse of the Website.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a conflict, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile. For users outside Spain, they will submit to the courts of Seville.
