Cecilia marine dress

The Cecilia dress is elegant, sophisticated, and has an evening feel. It is made by combining two fabrics: a stretch crepe for the sleeves and upper bust, and velvet for the rest, both in navy blue, which gives it a luxurious finish with a soft sheen.
